Spreading Japanese Manufacturing around the World Responding Flexibly to Changing Conditions
Japanese manufacturers are now heading overseas as the number of companies setting up production sites abroad continues to rise. The electronic parts and printed circuit board industries that make use of solder are no exception and many companies are establishing bases in Southeast Asia, primarily in China. We have established a sales office in Hong Kong and factories in Kunshan, China, enabling our customers to source raw materials locally. Materials can also be procured from Japan as called for by local metal resource market price fluctuations and changing circumstances. Plans for the South-east Asian region also call for building factories in Vietnam and Thailand. Quality control, recycling, and risk management are all handled by our Japanese staff. This assures quality levels identical to those in Japan.
